These Terms of Service explain how you may access and participate in the JesusPlusZERO Community, The Single Eye, and all related content and features (“the Community”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging with any part of the Community, you agree to these terms.

Our aim is simple: to create a safe, relational, Christ‑centred environment where every person is treated with dignity, honour, and care.

1. Purpose of the Community

The JesusPlusZERO Community exists to help people see clearly, hear clearly, and follow simply as ambassadors of Jesus. It is a relational environment, not an institution, program, or hierarchy. Everything here is designed to support spiritual formation, belonging, and relational integrity.

2. Your Agreement

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to:

engage respectfully
protect the safety and dignity of others
use the Platform in a lawful and honouring way
respect the privacy and boundaries of other members
follow these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy

You are responsible for the content you post. By posting or uploading content, you:

grant us permission to display it within the Community
confirm that you own the rights to share it
agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing

We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain full rights to what you create.

All teachings, videos, lessons, graphics, and materials within The Single Eye, future course creations, and the Community are provided for personal spiritual formation only. You agree not to:

copy, distribute, or reproduce content outside the Platform
use content for commercial, institutional, or organisational purposes
modify or republish content without written permission

This protects the integrity and relational posture of the material.

7. No Refund Policy

Because the E‑Book The God Who Has Never Changed — And The Church That Has is delivered instantly in a digital format, along with any future chargeable content, all sales are final. By purchasing this E‑Book, or consuming chargeable content, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the full content and therefore understand that no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be offered. This small contribution helps sustain the ongoing work of keeping The Single Eye journey free for everyone, and your purchase is received as participation in that mission.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. We aim to provide a stable and peaceful environment, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
