These Terms of Service explain how you may access and participate in the JesusPlusZERO End Times Community, The Single Eye, and all related content and features (“the Community”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging with any part of the Community, you agree to these terms.

Our aim is simple: to create a safe, relational, Christ‑centred environment where every person is treated with dignity, honour, and care.

1. Purpose of the Community

The JesusPlusZERO Community exists to help people see clearly, hear clearly, and follow simply as ambassadors of Jesus. It is a relational environment, not an institution, program, or hierarchy. Everything here is designed to support spiritual formation, belonging, and relational integrity.

2. Your Agreement

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to:

engage respectfully
protect the safety and dignity of others
use the Platform in a lawful and honourable way
respect the privacy and boundaries of other members
follow these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Your Account

To participate in the Community and access all benefits, you will need to subscribe via Stripe on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. Both monthly and annual plans provide a 7 day free trial period before your subscription activates. If you choose to subscribe and then cancel before the next subscription date, you will retain access to the community until the end of the subscription period.

When you register for an account. You agree to:

provide accurate information
keep your login details secure
take responsibility for the activity under your account
notify us if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or compromise the safety of the Community.

4. Community Conduct

This Community is built on trust, humility, and relational honour. You agree not to:

harass, harm, or intimidate others
post content that is hateful, abusive, or divisive
promote political agendas, movements, or institutions
use the Platform for self‑promotion, recruitment, or marketing
impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
disrupt the relational atmosphere of the Community

We may remove content or accounts that violate these expectations to protect the safety and integrity of the Community.

5. Content You Share

You are responsible for the content you post. By posting or uploading content, you:

grant us permission to display it within the Community
confirm that you own the rights to share it
agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing

We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain full rights to what you create.

6. Our Content

All teachings, videos, lessons, graphics, and materials within The Single Eye, future course creations, and the Community are provided for personal spiritual formation only. You agree not to:

copy, distribute, or reproduce content outside the Platform
use content for commercial, institutional, or organisational purposes
modify or republish content without written permission

This protects the integrity and relational posture of the material.

7. No Refund Policy

Your subscription payment is either monthly or annual. If you cancel prior to the renewal date, you will retain access to the community for the remainder of the term without a refund of the balance. If you choose lifetime access, your access will be permanent unless you choose to delete your account.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. We aim to provide a stable and peaceful environment, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Safety and Boundaries

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. You agree not to use the Platform to:

collect personal information about others
send unsolicited messages
engage in counselling, therapy, or spiritual authority over others
create dependency, pressure, or influence over members

This Community is relational, not hierarchical. No one here holds spiritual authority over another.

10. Disclaimer

The content on this Platform is for spiritual formation and personal reflection. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for your own decisions and well-being.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

loss of data
interruptions or errors
actions of other members
reliance on content within the Platform

Your use of the Platform is voluntary and at your discretion.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

these terms are violated
behaviour threatens the safety or integrity of the Community
misuse or abuse of the Platform occurs

You may close your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
